Have you ever asked yourself, “How can I make a real difference in the world?” One answer: help us add even one more host-family to provide lodging for patient-families! Think about it. If a new host-family that you in some way help bring to HfH lodges just two patient-families a year, and then does so for five years, you would be responsible for helping ten different patient-families! One of the challenges of our times, though, is to see people as individuals rather than as numbers. We quote the number of children without health insurance, or the number of families devastated by natural disasters, or indeed the number of men, women and children who receive lodging through HfH In ways both obvious and less understood, we’re each incredibly important to the world. Each patient-family guest comes to us only seeking a chance to continue his or her respective life journey.
