From July 2000 through June 2008, 251 host-families have provided 1,273 patient-families a combined total of 35,177nights of lodging, thus saving these patient-families an estimated $2,164,000 in equivalent hotel expenses. In all, patient-families have been referred to HOSTS for HOSPITALS from all 50 states in the United States and at least 70 other countries. |
